Manager - Legal & Compliance - Insurance

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Exhibit a thorough understanding and expertise in compliance standards pertaining to Insurance and Healthcare.

- Remain knowledgeable about the Insurance Act, IRDA Regulations, Insurance Broker Regulations, and any additional Rules or Regulations established by the IRDA or pertinent authorities.

- Support the drafting, reviewing, and finalization of legal documents, correspondence, and other communications associated with compliance issues.

- Consistently keep abreast of the most recent changes and advancements in Insurance and Healthcare Laws, along with legal processes.

- Assume responsibility for the preparation, submission, and upkeep of necessary forms and returns with the IRDAI and/or applicable Health Regulators as mandated by law.
