Job Description :

1) End to end contract management and General Corporate advisory for the AI start-up

2) Leading and working on IT/ITES commercial contracts from a Legal standpoint and assist management with everyday activities from a Legal standpoint

Description :

1) Assist the General Counsel in handling the Legal functions of the organisation in a day to day basis

2) Lead the end-to-end commercial contract management for the organisation and undertake high value negotiations.

Profile :

1) The candidate must come with prior experience in IT/ITES space and have expertise in SaaS/PaaS agreements

2) The successful candidate will come with tech commercial contracting experience for 6 to 8 years
