Manager - Legal

Role Description (Duties & Responsibilities):

- Ensure that the company is fully compliant with all national and state level compliances with respect to corporate, labor and other related laws,

- Shall monitor the compliance tool, gaps assessment, remedial measures, training and advisory.

- Shall update on a periodical basis, the changes in statutory compliances, implementation of the changes and training.

- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, employment law, and other relevant legal areas.

- Internal compliances - shall ensure compliance of the code of conduct, POSH, Conflict of Interest Policy, ABAC & Data Privacy and Data Protection, implementation, Advisory and Training

Other Specifications:

- Individual with 8+ years of work experience in a similar field.

- Candidate must qualify LLB / CS Preferable.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.

- High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to upholding legal and regulatory compliance.
