1. To contribute to a strong leasing pipeline for all projects in the respective regions
2. Responsible for closing the deals with Regional Heads, support them in the process of negotiating and closing leasing transactions & coordinate for end to end transactions of leasing with client and HO team.
3. Completion of all the legal formalities to register leases
4. Responsible for client management and delivery
5. Support marketing team for marketing initiatives & Brand Building
6. Establish and actively build relationships with IPC's, brokers and potential clients
7. Responsible for the MIS and reports related to region
8. Responsible to respond and support the regional leasing team for all the client related communications and requirements
9. Review and coordinate with internal team for the finalization of the costing and design as per RFP
10. Create and Maintain all the deal summaries for the submission of LOI /ATL / LD and approvals
11. Create and maintain the COP schedule and timely submission for the existing and new deals.
12. Maintain records related to billing, lease renewals, costing and master plans, Invoices, Deviation letters, understand legal notices and coordinate with concerns departments etc. of existing & new clients
13. Coordinate with Techno Commercial team to provide the client related information which requires for RFP / Tender / New deals / existing client requirements
14. Coordinate with site admin team for arranging client visits and their arrangements
15. Coordinate with internal team for site related issues
16. Manage all the admin activities related to Marketing & Leasing function
