Manager - Leasing - Real Estate

Experience: 1.5 - 5 Years

Job Location: Hyderabad

CTC: 10 - 12 Lakhs Annually

Requirement:

- Able to manage leasing transactions right from sourcing, submitting proposals, negotiation, documentation, and closure of the deal.

- Drive leasing transactions across various locations in India apart from the primary city.

- Able to prepare client proposal/pitch/presentations.

- Having wide network amongst Pharma, Retail and E-commerce players, FMCG, 3PL, Auto component manufactures, etc. who drive demand for the industrial and logistics park business.

- Having an existing network with Brokers, IPC, Industry bodies, Consulates, etc.

- Understanding of warehousing and industrial markets across India mostly Mumbai, Bangalore, NCR, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Chennai Markets.

- knowledge of the legal terms as well as commercial terms for leasing space.
