F&B Leasing Manager

- To achieve the gross leasing & net leasing targets set out for F&B segment in the malls.

- Attain rate leadership in the market

- Make company the first port of call for all brands entering the country or for new brands being created within the country. Network and utilise existing International contact base & relationships to pull new, contemporary brands in to the country using company's brand value.

- Create a network of market Information which gives us a lead in leasing.

- Ensure documentation is 100% compliant at all times with the lease admin dept.

- Coordinate with Internal departments to smoothly complete leasing deals/ processes/ timely fitouts

- Manage excellent relationship with tenants, partners and ensure high level of Client satisfaction.

- Create an excellent pool of waitlist brands.
