Job Purpose Direct Reports (Position Title) Resources

The objective of this role is to manage entire lease post sanction activities such as final documentation, invoicing, rental collections, raising disbursal requests, and providing continuing services to current clients regarding taxation, refunds, and so on. S/He will also be responsible for maintaining the client's relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating lease transactions, managing accounts, and ensuring financial compliance with legislation and business standards.

Main Accountabilities Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Degree: Any Degree/Postgraduate

Minimum Years/type of experience: 3-6 years in Emerging, Mid/Large corporate business.

Equipment Finance & Leasing exp is preferable.

1. Initiate and manage leasing transactions, which includes supporting final documentation, Invoicing, collecting lease payments, and keeping data for each account under supervision.

2. Accountable for timely capitalisation of assets under lease.

3. Provide financial analysis and insights to help with lease decision-making.

4. Be accountable for customer service needs on an ongoing basis and ensuring that each customer has the greatest possible customer experience.

5. Reconcile accounts to guarantee accuracy and completeness, finding and resolving inconsistencies when they arise.

6. Manage client financial transactions, such as Invoicing, Collections, and Taxes, while responding to requests and concerns in a professional and accurate manner.

7. Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and documents, making them easily accessible for reference and audit reasons.

8. Create reports, statements, and analysis that give insights into the financial performance of account-specific leasing risks.

9. Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure that our leasing product terms provide the best possible customer experience
