Key Responsibilities:

Leasing and Tenant Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy in retail properties.

- Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential tenants to secure lease agreements.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential tenants.

- Maintain relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.

Negotiation and Documentation:

- Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates, contract duration, and conditions.

- Ensure all lease documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.

- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize leasing agreements.

Market and Financial Analysis:

- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to establish competitive rental rates.

- Provide leasing forecasts, occupancy reports, and other relevant data to management.

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to retail leasing.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with marketing teams to promote available spaces to potential tenants.

- Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant needs and property issues.

- Partner with architects and designers to align tenant fit-outs with brand and property standards.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education: Post Graduate. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience: 10 to 12 Minimum of years of experience in retail leasing, real estate, or property management.

- Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant management.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and financial implications.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
