Manager - Learning & Talent Development
- This role is responsible for the training and professional development of the employees, aligned with business strategy, implement training roadmaps and programs to enculturate excellence in people, enhance the learning culture for the organization. This position will also support all aspects of talent management, including but not limited to employee communication, new employee orientation & onboarding, talent development, performance management, succession planning and talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders and management in all functions to identify organizational training needs and training interventions in alignment with workforce strategies for business growth.
- Manage the process of end-to-end L&D initiatives including establish strategy and objectives, develop content, delivery methods, source for vendors, budget, assess effectiveness, measure, and benchmark development impact to the business.
- Design and deliver training programmes that include accelerate learning while onboarding, performance management and communication.
- Manage end to end performance management process including employee communications, advisory and guidance to managers.
- Manage internship and partnership programs with higher learning or industry institutions to nurture human capital.
- Support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process and talent engagement programs for workforce retention and leadership succession.
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management and performance management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving organizational capabilities and operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with HR team to develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA in HR with At least 7 years of broad HR experience with a strong focus in learning and talent management in a Manufacturing related industry
2. Those with organisation development experience and/or with ACTA/ ACLP certified an advantage.
3. Experience in training design, content development, sourcing and vendor management, program delivery and evaluation.
4. Experience in delivering stand-up training, facilitate and design web-based learning.
5. Self-starter, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Strong program management with excellent organising and presentation skills.
7. Knowledge of MS Office Suite, web-based training, and publishing applications.
8. Excellent interpersonal, counselling, communication, and negotiation skills.
