Partner with Leadership Team, HR Business Partner and People Manager in the formulation and implementation of people strategy for the entire organization, including organizational design and talent development agenda for the organization.
Conceptualize and execute Organization Development (OD) initiatives across the company; Drive internal communications relating to the HR domain in order to brand HR, HR offers and bring Total Employees Experiences.
This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of talent development programs for employees and managers in alignment with organizational development initiatives for a more integrated development experience
Monthly key HR reports:
- Global Reports on various HR KPIs
- Attrition Analysis and inferences/ actions tracking
- Workforce Planning in line with desired competencies
- Organizational Structure - Org. designs / span of control / talent movements
- Monthly Management Reviews - HR excellences tracking & Presentations
- Facilitate Monthly KPI Reviews with - HRBPs / Process Owners
- Prepare HR Risk registers and manage ISO & Customer audits with respect to
Training records/mandates:
Employee Engagement:
- Frame Employee Engagement Calendar and execute as per plan for BTPL
- Promote Employer branding (Social Media, Participation in External Events, Campus Hiring, Sponsorships)
- Manage Rewards & Recognition for Staff
- Organize Quarterly Managers Communication Meeting
- Organize Town Hall meetings with all staff (Half - Yearly)
- Responsible for quarterly newsletter (B-connected)
- Coordinate with external vendor for HR branding activities
Performance Management:
- Design Performance Model, objective setting Guidelines for below leadership employees
- Develop and manage PMS & MBO tool Online
- Prepare Annual PMS timelines
- Conduct Workshops & prepare Manuals
- Follow-up & Complete PMS & MBO as per Calendar
- Share Annual ratings with HR Operations Team for salary revisions
- Share MBO achievement with HR Operations Team for Payout
Recruitment:
