Manager-Learning and Organization Development


- Rolling out Annual Training Calendar and end to end Implementation of Training Calendar .

- Proficiency in Training Evaluation and Effectiveness strategies

- Understanding of succession Planning and developing strategies for implementing.

- Understanding of Organizational Development and Effectiveness

- Delivering end to end Performance Management systems and roll out

- Develop and deliver a master plan on organizational capability and OD intervention models to drive the cultural transformations

- Developing Talent Retention Strategies and Controlling Attrition.

- Plan, Organize and execute Employee Engagement activities across zones.

- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Learning & OD teams to ensure the specific needs of the Business are taken care off.

- Plan and implement processes and policies (career planning, succession planning, critical talent, performance management, performance appraisals, Individual development plans, reduction in attrition etc.)

- Articulate Pulse of the organization to leadership team.

- Build talent and leadership pipeline. Act as coach or mentor

- Suggest new employee initiatives for the organization and work on designing and implementing them.

- Work with business to identify performance outliers and build appropriate interventions around them.

- Lead the Organization Vision Mission and Values Roll Out.

- Appropriately deal with disciplinary / misconduct.

- Knowledge of Prevention of sexual Harassment policy (POSH) and other HR laws.

- Conduct / harassment cases and take the necessary action in lines with the organization policy.

- Developing And Implementing HR Policies linked with Organization Goals.

- Manage end to end HR/Corporate Communications.

- Design, implement, coordinate and manage the end to end recognition cycle.

- Coordinate and Implement OD project, Competency mapping and Talent Development Initiatives.

- Corporate communication.
