Partner with Business Heads, SBU HR partners, Corporate CoEs to understand the developmental needs.
Analyze the training needs captured through the appraisal process, 360 Feedback and other valid inputs.
Design Individual Development Plans.
Prioritize training interventions and create the training calendar.
Prepare the training budget and monitor expenses periodically.
Design, deliver (if required) and organize various in-house and external training programs for Officers and Managers.
Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment and standards in the industry
Ensure the robustness of the process to measure the effectiveness of the programs; take suitable actions to make the trainings more effective.
Create a Talent pool of Prospective Internal trainers for functional competency support and facilitation
Leverage virtual learning channels towards learning dissemination
Support TA Team in managing the content (updation by self or relevant stakeholders) for Corporate Induction (Ignite)
Drive the 360 degree feedback initiative resulting in focused actions plans of interventions basis the analysis of respective SBUs aligned with.
Drive the employee engagement initiative (promoting, reporting, action planning post the results). Take ownership of companywide initiatives related to top engagement drivers.
Prepare monthly MIS / benchmark data etc
Benchmarking industry best practices in L&D space
Administer the Learning Management System
Drive Employer Branding (Internal/External) through various methods (marketing, industry recognition, etc)
Partner with external training providers/agencies to deliver training solutions
Specifications :
Any Graduate + MBA in HR
Certification in Instructional Design or Organization Development
8-11 years
