- Serve as the point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the learning and development process. Coordinate with external vendors, trainers, or third-party learning platforms.
5. Learner Support
- Ensure that learners have the necessary resources and tools to engage in the learning process. Address learner concerns or challenges related to accessing or navigating learning systems. Provide guidance to managers and employees on available learning opportunities.
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure learning programs adhere to internal standards, industry regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., certifications or mandatory training).
- Conduct regular quality checks on learning content and platforms to maintain high standards.
7. Budget and Resource Management
- Manage the budget for learning and development programs, ensuring costs align with the
organization's financial goals. Allocate resources efficiently to ensure the success of programs.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in L&D to keep the organization's learning programs competitive and effective.
