The role holder would be responsible for performance consulting, design and delivery of business specific and organization wide development interventions with measurable business impact.
- Consult to and collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to enhance employee development and performance
- Design and implement organizational needs assessment.
- Create and execute Business specific Strategic Learning Plans.
- Consult for performance issues at Individual, Team & Business group levels and design Long-Term Development Interventions using new age Learning Practices.
- Create communication plans, strategic messaging, and promote information sharing that supports organization-wide learning efforts in India
- Support managers and leaders by providing coaching expertise and support
- Identify and research external learning providers to address specific development needs
- Program manage key L&D Initiatives across India and globally wherever required.
Required skill sets:
- Substantial experience across Performance Consulting, Learning Solution design, leading change management initiatives, group facilitation & Team interventions.
- Demonstrated advisory experience with senior level HR and business executives
- Professional Certifications relating to Training Delivery and Performance Consulting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and visible Executive Presence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and critically in developing solutions to complex problems
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication & influencing skills.
