Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end design and delivery of Learning & Development solutions and programs.
- Researches analyzes, creates, and implements comprehensive training and development programs to enrich employees at all levels and contribute to professional growth and development
- Develop Tailored Training Programs for each department working with Team Leads in each department.
- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment for the firm to address training needs and help build skills and capability.
- Bring forward innovative approaches and solutions.
- Establishes and oversees consistent processes to design and develop in-house training programs to best suit needs (e.g., includes online, classroom, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning options)
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing various media to encourage engagement across all levels of the firm.
- Oversees and contributes to the design and development of exercises, tutorials, job aids, assessments, and other learning methods.
- Trains and coaches, managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Plans organize, facilitates development and training events.
- Provides train the trainer programs (classroom or virtual/remote) to support the implementation of training programs
- Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet blogs and postings to ensure employees and managers have a thorough knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- Conducts follow-up studies and/or surveys of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Shares results and engages with senior leadership and Partners on strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of L&D experience creating programs, curating content, facilitating training, and implementing curriculums for development.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Excellent verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels in a global environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to use multiple learning methods and to match the appropriate methods with the subject matter
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new technologies to design, develop and review blended learning solutions and online training materials and content.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate, research the training options and the alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training & development programs.
- Excellent at building relationships and establish expertise with all levels of the organization.
