Role : - Manager - Learning Management System
Location :- Delhi NCR
This role will sit in the Instructional Design and Learning Technology team within the Organisation. This team is responsible for managing the Cornerstone on demand LMS - working with teams within the Organisation who will be internal clients, managing user enrollment from B2C and B2B channels, manage the relationship with Cornerstone, and run analytics.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult and educate on the Cornerstone LMS system, including security, data entry, upload, or auditing and reporting.
- Review current systems, determine best use of LMS system to maximize training and development efforts
- Work with service lines to coordinate and drive LMS adoption
- Ensure LMS system is utilized to best of ability for current and future training
- Subject matter expert; understand system, its uses, features and functions
- Assess system effectiveness, modify LMS system to support company goals
- Manage the payment gateway embedded in Cornerstone and work with other teams to streamline invoicing and revenue recognition processes
- Conduct needs analysis and diagnose business needs, benefits; assess any additional products that need to be integrated with the base solution
- Design and build reports
- Establish relationships and rapport with client service teams and firm leadership

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Min. 3+ years of Cornerstone LMS administration / Cornerstone consulting experience
- 6+ years of total experience
- Proficiency in Cornerstone LMS software required
