- The individual will look after learning and development initiatives end to end i.e., overseeing, governing and managing various training processes that affect both trainees and trainers. It is a multifaceted role responsible for handling all aspects of centralised learning for their global health-care services.

Description :
- The incumbent will oversee operations for the North America region.
- They will report directly to the Senior Manager of Learning Global Health-care Services and will be responsible for supervising a team of 4-6 direct reports.
- This role specifically involves working night shifts.
The key responsibilities include:
- The Manager of Learning Global Heath-care Services oversees training processes, data management, and governance
- They handle areas like COA, MIS, IT, talent acquisition, and training support
- Responsibilities include data collation, reporting, on-boarding facilitation, and trainer feedback
- The role involves collaborating with the US team, managing training data, and supporting NA training programs
- Additionally, the manager leads internal projects and initiatives This people manager role encompasses up to 4-6 associates, requiring strong data analysis, communication, and MS Office skills
- KPIS include creating SOPs, training data collation, NA support, and participation in projects like skill matrix repository and team events
Profile :
- Full time Post Graduate in MBA with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience and must possess strong training data management, analysis skills and people management skills
- Well versed with training policies, procedures and should be process oriented
- Must have good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI (good to have)
- Exposure in the multidisciplinary and global team environment
