1. Senior Manager/Manager - learning and employee development
Job Responsibilities:
- Take the responsibility of the learning and employee development for the Company UAE team -
- Build Learning roadmap for the teams
- Building content and platform for the teams to learn and improvise
- Driving the e-learning effectiveness and coverage
- Partnering with respective leaders for training initiatives and practices
- Knowledge of TNA and output driven training
- Managing the team of trainers
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent digital presence and high on ownership
- 5 years of relevant experience or minimum 2 years of experience in training and employee development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with virtual and digital environment for running learning campaigns
- High business acumen to understand and analyse the business objectives
- Problem solving supported by data analysis
- Basic knowledge of MS office- word, excel, and power-point
- Should be comfortable with Google suite - doc, sheet, form, and slide
- Post-graduation from Tier-1/2 college is preferred
- Budget - up to 15 lacs
