Learning & Development Manager (Female only)
- Conceive and implement circle L&D strategy in line with the Business / HR strategy
- Prepare the overall L&D budget and monitor the same
- Measure training effectiveness via feedback from process owners
- Maintain and administer key talent career and development plans
- Use Engagement to improve retention through Excite activities
- Develop, Publish & execute Training calendar / L&D opportunities.Conceptualize and organize team excite activities.
- Conduct open houses, skip level meetings, Road shows, functional meets & sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders
- Participating / Organizing Development Board Meeting and providing suggestions for IDP & Employee development
- Partner with Function / Department Heads to identify core areas for building capability through Training Needs Analysis basis PMS, MYPD, VPS & organisation requirements.
- Coaching / Developing team to deliver as per requirements
- Identification of emerging business trends and linked competencies.
- Postgraduate with Masters in Business Administration degree preferably with HR as specialization
- Good understanding of HR practices and the training and development function
- 5 to 7+ Years post qualification work experience in a professional HR environment
- Excellent Planning & Organizing skills
- Good Communication skills written and oral
- Basic computer skills such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
