Our client is a new-age technology solution provider headquartered in the US and offices across various countries. They a currently hiring a Learning and Development specialist for their Mumbai office and are seeking candidates with relevant experience.
Role :
- Structure and design the talent development strategy for the organization
- Device effective training programs for behavioral and technical pieces of training
- Design and implement a talent development effectiveness framework and implement it effectively for all managerial programs
- Conduct training evaluations and monitor the performance of employees post training
- Handling various stakeholders and managing training budgets
The ideal candidate would be :
- Full-time MBA from Top Tier B-School is a prerequisite
- 8+ years of experience in L&D is a must
- Experience in conducting training for managers
- Leadership training experience is a must
