About our Client: Our client is a large multinational corporation with a track record of excellence. They are world leaders in terms of revenue in the industry they operate in. With offices all over the world and a strong presence in India, they are looking to recruit a manager in learning and development and talent management.

Job Description : Reporting into the head of learning and development, your responsibilities will include:

- The Learning and Development (L&D) team has the opportunity and responsibility to participate in and contribute to organizational effectiveness and change. All work and efforts of the team are directed towards attracting, motivating and retaining the talent needed by our businesses, and keeping business needs as the key driver of the company's L&D programs and overall philosophy.

- As a member of the India HR / L&D team, this role will contribute and support in the development, communication and implementation of learning and development initiatives throughout all lines of businesses in India, based upon business needs and the development strategy and guiding principles

- The role will closely work with both HR and the business leaders in the region to identify and provide solutions for development needs and ensure performance standards are adhered to in the area of Learning & Development.

- This role will also work closely with APAC teams in executing and sustaining global initiatives. Through a strong network of L&D professionals across the company, this role will be in a position to ensure full leverage available materials and are aware of best practice through the company in order to ensure optimum use of resources throughout the region.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 5 - 7 years of experience in learning & development and talent management. Exposure to training delivery (which will be 30% of this role) is required.

- Knowledge and understanding of at least 3 psychometric tools is mandatory for this role.

- MBA from a tier 1 institute - XLRI / TISS / SCMHRD is a must have for this role.
