Manager - Learning & Development - Startup

Looking for a Learning & Development professional, open to work with a Internet start up ( MNC ).

- Would be responsible for partnering with Business Heads & identifying the training needs, strategies, design reviewing, scripting, development, assessment and evaluation of learning solutions to ensure alignment with business strategy.

- Should be open to work hands on & develop a team.

- Should have the ability to handle senior global stakeholders.

- Position reports to Head HR.
