3. Candidates should have a learning and development experience of 8-10 years of which atleast 2-3 in the financial industry preferred
4. The scope involves building the entire learning framework, do training needs analysis, conduct the training programs,
5. Have expertise into evaluating the effectiveness of training
6. Understanding and usage of E-learning platforms, Mobile apps for learning
7.Most importantly someone who is a feet on the street person, someone who will execute, not look for too much support and can take initiative and get things done.
