- Assess training needs for new and existing employees by partnering with internal stakeholders

- Manage the Training Life Cycle

- Onboarding training sessions for new hires

- Designing and executing programs for store team and HO team

- Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps

- Develop training aids such as manuals, reference guides, pocket cards and handbooks

- Develop training modules on product/soft skills and deliver internally

- Apply sales training techniques (gamification, simulation exercise, case studies) to improve productivity

- Facilitate learning through classroom training, on-the-job coaching

- Train and coach the front end team for challenges they face

- Design and develop a training feedback that measures the effectiveness of training programs

- Prepare monthly MIS & Dashboards

- Manage the E-learning platform
