- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Learning and development.
- Experience in conducting needs assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and a solid grasp of learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with Managers/Leaders to implement a comprehensive learning and development architecture that aligns with organizational goals.
- Work with HRBPs/Leaders/Managers to identify skill gaps, creating learning solutions that demonstrate a return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct needs assessments and assess the effectiveness of learning programs, utilizing diverse methodologies and technologies for engaging learning experiences.
- Develop Learning programs tailored for Intentional learning, New hires and laterals, First-time Managers, Leaders, and Emerging leaders.
- Create role-based Learning paths for business teams, contributing to the enhancement of succession planning and Talent Management.
- Partner with external vendors maintaining a comprehensive vendor database across all learning tracks.
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate professional skills and management workshops in line with Individual Development Plan (IDP) themes.
- Drive techno-functional learning across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in L&D to keep the organization competitive and updated with emerging technologies and methodologies.
