Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying functional gaps in the Organization and supporting departments and individual teams with developing processes and training on requisite skills.
- Engaged in pre-opening of several Organization properties and setup the systems and processes for training and operations.
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
- Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Maintaining record of departmental trainings conducted.
- Evaluating employees and identify weaknesses/ training needs.
- Build consolidated monthly training plan & share with department heads
- Prepare budget for training programs
- Oversee employee performance & implements training need analysis.
- Track employee success and progress through various tools etc.
