B.E. Mechanical/Production/Chemical + MBA
Experience:
Overall industry experience around 12-15 years in L&D preferably from manufacturing industries.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with managers to identify critical technical competencies required across different domains and levels in HPPL and create appropriate learning strategies and programs.
- Develop and update learning programs, courses & content, to build desired competencies while ensuring they align with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and organizational objectives. Facilitate the creation of a knowledge bank thereby.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, both internal & external to ensure the accuracy and relevance of technical training content.
- Organize Training the Trainer program for SMEs.
- Conduct Technical and Behavioural trainings as and when required.
- Work with managers to map the current level of employee competencies and identify the gaps.
- Implement programs to fill the gaps identified and enhance overall technical skills.
- Support the organization through technological changes by ensuring employees receive the necessary training to adapt to new tools, processes, and systems.
- Work with BU/ function leaders & HRBPs to create clear career development pathways for technical staff, including succession planning for critical roles and opportunities for advancement and specialization.
- Work on designing and building of HPPL Skill Development Center.
- Managing workmen skill development program, end-to-end process.
- Prepare and maintain documentation as per various statutory internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45000 and various customer audits).
- Organize and corporate induction program for new Joiners.
- Co-ordinate campus to corporate journey of MTs, GET's and DT's.
