- To identify the training and development needs of staff up to senior management and work with the business training team and external training consultants to provide comprehensive training and development programs to improve functional and leadership skills.
- Responsible for effective, user friendly staff orientation and integration process.
- Building the culture of self-ownership towards development and commitment.
- To drive the effort to evaluate training effectiveness and implementation of learning
- Working in conjunction with Sales training team to drive training intervention for field associates.
- To prepare and review training budget to effectively utilize training resources.
- To coordinate with global talent development team to introduce a Global process to and ensure successful implementation.
