Designation: Manager- HR
Role Summary: L&D, OD
Reporting to: HR Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in strategic projects at an organizational level to enhance process or people systems in all areas of HR domain
- Design and execution of Learning & Development architecture for the organization
- Championing Learning initiatives and Co Creating Learning Paths for the organization, functions and employees
- Design and execute onboarding, self-directed learning, leadership development, succession planning, career progression and coaching
- Design & promote e-learning strategy, LMS
- Provide consultative approach to HR & Business leaders in the areas of organization development, organization design, organization capability building
- Understand emerging business and functional needs and help create right organization design and structure
- Drive change using OD approaches and methodologies to solve real organization & business challenges
- Monitor, analyze and identify strategic needs, gaps and risks and build human capital capabilities for overall business results
Skills :
- Background and experience in L&D & OD areas
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Ability to diagnose issues and work through Organization Development approach
- Understanding of Learning frameworks, Development plans and LMS administration
- Leveraging people data/ information as an input for facilitating effective decision making
- Self-drive, results focus and orientation for raising the bar
- Influencing & Collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to be strategic as well as tactical in decision making
- Ability to innovate, to create and implement continuous improvement initiatives
