- Preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience Heading HR in a large Aviation /Infra /Process Industry
- Lead, Drive, and implement Organization Development and Talent building (Talent Review, PMP, focused development interventions, core competencies and L&D) initiatives, culture building by driving Values and Ethics.
- Maintain the data for all kinds of HR Dashboards, MIS, Reports for various high-level meetings.
- To finalize the Training needs through Competency Assessment - Behavioral & Technical /Functional for the team and enabling them to fulfill their TNI
- Monitoring & measuring the effectiveness of Training for the team members while at work
- Enabling the employees to finalize their TNI (Training Need Identification) through Competency Assessment
- Finalizing the Learning Calendar for the Plant /Project enabling.
- Support in Succession Planning for Critical Positions .
- Capability enhancement of Top Emerging Talent & Top Potential Leaders
- Support - Develop future leaders with specific interventions.
PDM & Dashboards:
- Support in finalizing HR Strategy and PDM reviews
- Coordination and engagement with business, HR, Airport sector, CHR leadership team for updates MIS, Dashboard, and Analytics.
- Study and benchmark HR systems and practices, reviews and proposals.
- Preparation of presentations for SCM, GCM, BCM reviews. Track and update ATRs.
- Support in Strategic Initiatives
- Lead and support reviews at dept. levels, Business level, corporate level, Strategic Initiatives design and monthly updating.
- Support - Culture building and employer of choice initiatives by leading engagement surveys and action plans closure.
- Benchmark practices and learnings, drive initiatives.
- Support in completing all aspects related to appraisals are completed on time.
- Mini BSCs & PMP BSCs to finalize the recommendations.
