Experience required in functional L&D

Professional Qualification in Training preferred.

Responsibilities for the Role:

- Program Management: End to end event management of all training initiatives

- Database Management: monitoring performance and classes

- Design, propose and monitor event based L&D Budgets

- Develop systems to identify vendors and manage them to control.

- Maintain training calender

- Handling team of Trainers
