Position Summary
Responsible for charting development experiences during the employee career life cycle. Plan & run parallel career growth paths for each role in the respective functional line. This position oversees all day to day skill requirement of an employee to be successful in his role, integrating career development with performance management and career growth.

New Employee On-boarding:
- Induction Scheduling and Tracking
- Buddy Tracking
- New Employee Experience and Query management
- Management Trainee Program management
Career Development :
- Learner Analytics
- Batch Management
- Marketing Communication
- Vendor Management
- Working with Talent Management Team
- Dashboard Maintenance and publishing
Success Criteria:
- Execute Career development framework to allow maximum participation
- Schedule development batches and work on cohorts to identify potential information for decision making
- Coordinate with business and other stakeholders for course completion
- Generate reports and maintain participants data for certification
- Communicate with learners to build engagement
- Effectively use RBS microsite to propagate programs
- Work with L&AD team to create development campaigns and launch creatives
- Create and manage program project plans
- Manage all creatives and marketing communication at program level
Experience and Education Required:
1. Degree with 4 to 7 years of experience
2. Working knowledge on designing & delivery of L&D programs
3. Should have managed/created Learning Academies/programs.
4. Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and an enterprising style of work.
5. Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive, high on Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
6. Training/ L & D certification and Exposure on Learning Management System would be an added advantage.
Skills Required :
1. Project management skills to manage schedules and deadlines within corporate and ongoing program campaigns. Ability to work in a 24 hour project cycle-utilizing teams or extended teams.
2. Excellent negotiator and mediator for external vendor management.
3. Analytical Skills using MS Excel as a tool, Ability to develop dashboard with information for action
