- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs that enhance employee capabilities and performance.
- Develop and execute the learning and development strategy that supports the organization's goals and addresses the needs of employees at all levels.
- Manage the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training materials and programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
- Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and ensure it is utilized effectively for training delivery
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, using data to continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Interact & manager vendor partners (from exploratory to sign off and implementation perspective)
