The ideal candidate should be:
- Masters in HR from a tier 1/2 institute with 8-10 years of experience
- Prior / current experience should be in manufacturing or similar industries
- The candidate will develop and implement the sales training programme
- Oversee MDP programs, and ensure they align with the organizations strategic objectives.
- Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy at a senior level
- Should have strong experience in designing & executing training programmes for the manufacturing sector focusing on process improvement and operational excellence
