Job description:
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive learning & development process framework to support the business.
- Creating learning opportunities across regions- in person learning to virtual micro knowledge sharing platforms.
- Strong focus on capability building through mindset changes- HiPo identification, creating IDPs, charting learning journeys leading to identifying successors and development journeys.
- Designing & implementing holistic L&D strategy to meet short-term & long-term business objectives with focus on key areas such as growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
- Device, implement and monitor all digital initiatives- communication plan, enabling training, rewards /recognition and monitoring adoption of digital initiatives.
- Will be responsible for Great place to work certification employee connections and culture audits.
- POSH enquiry process besides awareness and training for all employees
