Reports To Deputy General Manager - Learning & Development
Place of Posting Kandivali Mumbai
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :
- Creating and implementing training interventions (Leadership & Behavioral) basis the business strategy.
- Working with service providers for creating contents for Physical & Digital Learning Modules - Creating a vendor ecosystem to deliver the content & to deliver back to the business.
- Leveraging the LMS platform to integrate training and functional learning.
- Maintaining the technology enabled learning platform for content management, maintenance and constant update.
- Enabling systemic dashboards and periodic learning trackers.
- Identifying learning needs through various sources including scanning the external market for understanding new technologies relevant to achieving AFS strategy.
- Identifying and developing internal SME's for Digital Programs (For creating customised digital content) for various functional programs.
- Ensuring the adoption the Digital content as per defined metrices in organisation.
Job Requirements
- Experience 4-8 Years in Learning & Development Role
- Qualification MBA in HR - Suitable specialization / certifications in L&D will be preferred + Certified in Instructional Design Principles
- Personality Traits Competencies Very high levels of initiative, self-drive and achievement orientation - strong deadline closure focus.
- Very high levels of tenacity & perseverance
- Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and influence without authority
- General Requirements Hands-on experience in designing training programs including content creation
- Should be aware of the different principles of Instructional Design
- Should be aware of the latest trends in Learning & Development - Moocs, Gamification, Online Modules
