- Deliver functional training to new hires and plan, develop and facilitate refresher training for tenured employees
- Identify trainers, groom, upskill, evaluate and certify them for facilitating classroom & virtual training
- Develop and review user guides and e-Learning Modules and present to management for sign- off
- Partner with business / HR and key stakeholders to identify business relevant learning needs
- Analyze and plan the budget for training and documentation
- Work with Delivery to analyze development need for the individual/teams and roll out product specific or Behavioral / Soft Skills training
- Work with the L&D team to facilitate programs
