Role requires lot of interaction with global HQ and counter-parts in other countries. Key Responsibilities -
- Develop a learning and OD roadmap in line with the company's vision and global practices
- Prepare and manage learning and OD budget
- Undertake benchmarking in learning and OD
- Conceptualize and implement new initiatives
- Deeply interact with all the function heads and SBU heads
- Measure effectiveness of the initiatives and present to the leadership team
- Drive multiple programs with the vision of making impact and cultural change
