Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with external teams, consulting organizations to design and implement training programs (technical & non-technical) that will help, develop and retain talents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the design of learning solutions and learning methodologies to deliver the solutions.
- Review the programs in line with market trends and current learning methodologies
- Partner with training vendors and HR generalists in building capability frameworks and development plans for talents, career planning, skill development, Industry Institute partnership
Candidate Description :
- Should have minimum 8 years of experience with a PG in Human Resource from a reputed university.
- Should have hands-on experience in facilitating, developing technical & non-technical learning programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and learning frameworks
- Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues
- Be self-directed and motivated and ability to work across cultures
