Job Description:
- Conceptualize, design, implement and deliver - various interventions for - Organizational Developments and learning capabilities - which could be in form of mentoring, coaching, training and incentivising the talent to meet and exceed organizational, functional and professional goals.
- Delivering Behavioral Training Sessions
- Launched Senior Managers Induction- PAN India
- Responsible for providing provisioning, maintaining cost and preparing budget for L&D department
- Designing the L&D website and successfully launching / reviewing / re-structuring the same
- Management Development Plan
- Run initiatives, research on L&D, cross-training, training for bench retention, L&D Academy
- Should have Prior experience in Managing Vendors.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
- Should be a MBA/ MSW/ Post Graduate in Human Resources and having 10-16 yrs of experience in Learning and Development.
- Should have an high hands on experience Behavioral and Softskill Training programme, Leadership development and executive coaching.
- Should be from IT/ ITES/ KPO/ BPO Industry.
- Should have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
