- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze training needs, design and develop interactive training programs
- Deliver high-impact and learner-focused training programs on soft skills and behavioral training
- Evaluate effectiveness of the learning interventions
- Periodically review existing training programs and improve them to ensure that they continue to align with business requirements.
- Conduct TNA periodically
- Create training plans/roadmaps to support business growth
- Audit existing programs and monitor the consistency of training delivered through periodical quality checks.
- Tracking and monitoring the quality checks
- At least 8-10 years experience in training and curriculum development preferably in IT Product organisation
- Demonstrable strong influencing skills, advanced critical reasoning and communication skills
