Job responsibilities:
- Be the trusted face of L&D for the Business. Experience in engaging multiple stakeholders.
- To plan, control, coordinate and participate in the Learning & Development in the organization.
- Execute the L&D strategy through leadership development. Ensure that training develops skills, enhances productivity and quality of work.
- Experience in a training role, designing and delivering learning solutions and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Design, develop, and facilitate learning solutions to create meaningful employee growth experiences Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organisation.
- Data skills and the ability to understand how learning activities and responsibilities play into the metrics that drive team success.
- Identify opportunities for innovative and creative approaches to learning and development and lead the implementation of new initiatives as appropriate.
- Partner with HRBP and other key stakeholders to implement a best-in-class learning solutions that engages employees and builds capabilities.
- Identify optimal, cost-effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.
- Develop and train the employees on new programs and company initiatives.
- To constantly monitor progress of individual trainees and receive feedback from Department Heads involved in the program and identify possible future hires for the Human Resources database.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Being Collaborative is a key requirement
- MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Comes with experience of working in service based (Mech) organizations will be an advantage.
- Detail and process-oriented and well-versed with the latest trends in their core areas and their applicability for business impact
- Able to balance multiple priorities without burning out
