Roles and Responsibilities :
- Interface with business leaders and the HR Business Partners to identify learning needs for the India BUs, primarily in the area of Technical Skills Development
- Carry out training needs and analysis studies in association with line managers and leaders to determine learning requirements and possible solutions
- Plan and release monthly training calendar to be published to the members.
- Consult with business leaders to diagnose performance problems and come up with solutions to address them.
- Forecast and manage the learning & development budget for the year while also assessing the return on investment
- Identify and continuously track key metrics of performance of various training and performance consulting interventions and to ensure overall effectiveness of the initiatives Engage with training partners / vendors and continuously assess them for effectiveness
- Should be able to analyze and draw inferences from data to enable decision making
- Consolidation of program feedback, collect course evaluations
