L & D for (Malls + Offices) Division :
- Training Need Identification
- Training Calendar
- Identification of vendors for different levels of employees
- Mandatory Trainings- POSH
- Campus Connect- Identifying colleges, recruitments across Marketing, Ops, Finance (CAs), Fire Safety. Campus engagement- student connect through regular sessions, PPTs, etc
- Great Place to Work certification & any other HR certifications
- Training Effectiveness measures
- Leadership training programs
- Employee Engagement
HR Operations :
- Recruitments- Sourcing, Interviewing, Shortlisting, Offers upto L2 level
- Campus recruitments- Identifying colleges, recruitments across Marketing, Ops, Finance (CAs), Fire Safety.
- Overseeing Payroll
- HRIS system- entry to exit
- Performance Management- Increments/ Incentives Letters
- Weekly mall visits
