About our Client - Our client is a renowned global player in the hospitality sector. They are an multinational organization with operations across 30+ countries globally. They are looking to recruit an established HR Manager Learning & Development to lead their training and talent management initiatives in India.
Job Description - Reporting to the HR Head you will be responsible for Managing the training & development function of the organization and ensure the skill level is improved upon.
- Facilitate training according to the needs of the region and the national training initiatives.
- Deliver facilitation or training using acceptable methods and techniques.
- Plan, Organize and control assessments and moderation strategies. Also act as a primary assessor and moderator for selected training interventions.
- To advise on performance management procedure and best practice and to develop and monitor succession and retention plans.
The Successful Candidate - Ideally, you come with 4 to 5 years of post-graduation experience in a generalist training profile in hospitality, retail and food & beverages industry. Working as an individual contributor is desirable. You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders are a must.
