Designation: Manager L&D

Location: Noida or Mumbai (Either)

CTC: Upto 22 LPA

Requisite:

- Candidates who have completed their training from TISS/ SOIL or similar kind of institutes.

- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Training and Leadership Development Programs

- Excellent proficiency in all stages of ADDIE Cycle of Learning and Development.

- Develop strong and manage influential relationships with relevant regional and global stakeholders

- Actively identify and develop new and innovative ways of delivering engaging upskill programs in a remote and blended learning environment.

- Excellent in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Multimedia software like Canva, Abode etc

- Reasonable knowledge of e-learning authoring tools like articulate, Vyond etc

- Knowledge of Agile and user centric design principles

- Support the research work, administrative work and other relevant communications associated with these global leadership training programs.

- Collaborate with Regional L&D Team to ensure learning plans are in line with FCTG strategic pillars.

- Devise, implement and lead learning interventions for new and seasoned people managers to enhance their skills and ensure solutions and tools are effective and well received to measure success.

- Support additional/adhoc tasks for regional and global learning requirements at the request of management.
