Purpose of the position :

The L&D Manager is responsible for identifying leadership development training needs common to all properties and designing experiences that drives the highest levels of employee engagement, performance excellence.

Responsibilities & duties

Learning and Development :

- Identification of the training needs of the employees with the agenda of improving and streamlining HR and other organization-wide process.

- Developing the training calendar. Managing the training budget. Developing training modules and delivering training programme.

- Liaison and network with external agencies for the delivery of training programmes. Facilitating the process of external training programmes for employees.

- Conceptualize, Design & Develop training modules & instructional programs to enhance knowledge, skills & attitude of staff through theme-based workshops

- Establishing and periodically reviewing the methods for monitoring effectiveness of training programs at learning, behavioral and results level

- Induction, Performance Evaluation & Competency Mapping

- Planning of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Training Calendar and Training Budgets

- Conducting Training Needs Analysis & Devise Action Plans aligned with training objectives for Unit and Department Heads and their teams

- Designed, Developed & Implemented various CSR & Training Programs

- Responsible for ensuring Performance Quality of several large scale Projects & Training Programs through regular Audit & Compliance checks

- Planning and execution of OD initiatives and Operations development

- Enabling e-Learning portal

- Operations Management - Developing and strategizing the overall operations support plan for learning events

- Issue and Risk Management - Creating and analyzing reports to track status, issues and risks. Mitigating and reporting major risks to the leadership; assessing operational impact of risks and providing solutions to overcome challenges.

- Team Management - Providing leadership to a team of Ops associates, senior associates and track leads.

- Vendor Management - Managing vendor relationships; engaging in contracting and pricing negotiations with vendors; engaging with procurement and finance teams to expedite vendor-related activities

- Planning, Estimation and Budgeting - Creating an annual resource plan and corresponding budget; managing forecasts

Academic qualifications :

Essential Desirable :

- MBA full time course from reputed institute with 10+ Years of experience in Learning & Development Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel,MS Word, PowerPoint and other computer applications.

- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

- Enthusiastic and positive personality with ability to build trusting relationships with others

- Confident & dynamic public speaker, able to communicate & interact effectively with all levels of organisation
