- Hands-on experience in managing complete Talent Management process.
- Training need identification based on performance gap analysis.
- Must be able to work independently in designing and delivering training programs in line with HQ guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in designing and monitoring Individual Development Plans.
- Should have good understanding related to Employee Engagement activities.
- Experience in managing P.O.S.H compliance and training.
- Manage complete PMS process, design training program and provide training to all employees.
- Identify ways to improve existing HR policies in line with market best HR practices.
- Good understanding of psychometric assessment tools for employee development and feedback.
- Must have knowledge of labor related compliance and procedure.
