Manager - Learning & Development - FMCG/CD/Pharma

Role is

- The incumbent will be responsible to drive the agenda of leadership capability building within the Group. This would include the end to end ownership and management of the Leadership Academy in partnership with internal stakeholders and external knowledge partners

- MBA or Post-graduate in HR

Essential Experience

- A minimum of 2-3 years- experience in Learning & Development or leadership development is required.

- Experience in managing Leadership Academies or designing and delivering leadership development programs will be preferred.

- Limited travel outside of Mumbai (as per project demands)
