One of the growing and renowned FMCG majors are looking for experienced professionals for its Manager, Learning & Development role.
- The organization has its presence across India in multiple segments.
The incumbent should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in HR with a minimum of 4 to 6 years in L&D or related area.
- Candidates from reputed B Schools are preferred.
Key Accountability :
Training Needs Assessment :
- Draw up a Needs gathering methodology to be able to capture needs from the Divisions
Design and Develop training content & Curriculum :
- Create a basic outline and framework for a training / learning intervention
- Partner with external consultants / institutions to help develop content
Plan training calendars :
- Create training calendars in partnership with Divisions and external partners / execution partners.
- Be in constant communication with all stakeholders to keep the calendar relevant and impactful
Design learning measurement methodologies :
- Work with L&D Head and the Program Anchor to develop an effective training measurement methodology.
Training Branding & communication :
- Create and design branding for the L&D initiatives
- Use digital media and creative branding for the initiatives
- Training execution
- Be able to facilitate sessions independently - excellent communication, presence of mind, high EQ and an overall bent of mind towards reading and keeping oneself updated with latest research in the field of L&D is critical.
